Department Guest | Prices Vary
The 在线 Guest Permit allows designated department members to log in and proactively issue a permit to an expected visitor via email from anywhere you have internet access. Your visitor simply accepts the Guest Permit, prints it and places it on their dash before coming to campus. When you’re aware of the upcoming visit a day or two beforehand, the 在线 Guest Permit can provide a more seamless experience for your visitor.

Departmental Scratch-Off 访问or | $5/permit/day
University of Idaho departments that host visitors may purchase Scratch-Off 访问or Permits in advance. A 访问or Permit Request Form must be submitted to the Parking Office at least two weeks prior to the date permits or services are needed. Minimum order of 5 permits. To be valid, appropriate date must be scratched off on the 访问or Permit while displayed in vehicle.
Department Reserved: Exempt Plate 空间 | $456 (2024-25)
Department Reserved: Exempt Plate spaces are reserved for specific Exempt Plate vehicles only. These spaces are available for purchase by any university department that has Exempt Plate vehicles requiring 24-hour parking. Exempt Plate reserved spaces have signage indicating the specific department and that the space is for Exempt Plates only. These spaces are enforced 24 hours. 联邦, 状态, local and university Exempt Plate vehicles are not allowed to be stored overnight on campus in any regular parking space; they must be stored overnight in a departmentally purchased reserved space or in the Exempt Plate vehicle storage area at Facilities. To purchase an Exempt Plate reserved space, an Exempt Plate Reserved Space application must be completed and submitted to Parking and Transportation 服务.
Annual Service - U of I Department | $68 (2024-25)
Service permits may be used in the following spaces for a 最大 of two hours: signed service space, 米, timed spaces and regular colored lot spaces. They may be used in a signed Delivery space for a 最大 一个小时. These permits are not valid in reserved or disability spaces or areas not designated as parking spaces. Service permits are requested by completing the 在线表单.
