罗伯特。 Hiromoto's research in HPC lead to the development of the concept of information-based algorithmic design (IBAD). This technique is an extension of his experience with computational parallelism and the work "Information-Based Complexity,作者:J.F. Traub等人. IBAD is a high-level approach to optimization reasoning.

罗伯特。 Hiromoto received his doctorate in physics from the University of Texas at Dallas. 从那里, he moved to the Los Alamos National Laboratory where he spent 12 years as a staff member working on parallel processing research.
