Facility and Space Reservations

We have set this page up to assist our campus community in properly reserving spaces on campus for individual events and activities.

The University of Idaho encourages and welcomes the use of University of Idaho 设施 by the entire campus community. Our reservation system has been set up to ensure that individuals and organizations use University of Idaho spaces in an appropriate, safe and responsible manner. The administered spaces include all buildings, 停车场, 结构, 理由, 草坪, sports fields and facilities as well as all improvements contained within the property boundaries of the University of Idaho.

So, to get started, go to the Moscow Campus Venue Site for information on how you can reserve all available campus sites for an event. This includes both interior and exterior campus spaces. 点击 预定座位 link to start filling out your Event Request information. Remember to be specific in your space location request for any outdoor/landscape site, so that the Central Scheduling Office can avoid any space usage conflicts. For available outdoor campus spaces see the Frequently Reserved Spaces 列表, and if you have questions, you can contact the oversight group for that space directly… or… put your specific queries onto the reservation form, and the Central Scheduling Office will direct your query to the appropriate group. Once your form is received, the Central Scheduling Office will make sure all impacted service groups receive a copy of your request, and they will be in touch to help you arrange for the services you need.

For all non-University of Idaho entities, a 设施 Use Agreement and Proof of Insurance are required. Please fill out the FUA and email copies of both documents to purchasing@rockmark.net.  For questions about these forms contact Purchasing at 885-6116. 在收到, Purchasing will distribute copies of these documents back to Risk Management and the event space scheduler. Depending on the event, liability waivers may also be required, and are the event requester's duty to acquire and provide to the event space scheduler as well.
