仪式时间
The ceremony begins at 4 p.m. 山地时区 Sunday, May 19, at the 博伊西 Centre (on the Grove). Times for other ceremonies can be found 在线.
票
No tickets are required for the 博伊西 ceremony. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage early guests to start seating from the center of the row.

Bachelors, master’s and specialist regalia ordered through Jostens will be shipped to the address provided and is yours to keep. Juris Doctor rental packages will be shipped to the College of Law and you can direct any questions to Christy Becker, cbecker@rockmark.net in 莫斯科 和卡罗琳·雷纳， clehner@rockmark.net in 博伊西. Law graduates will need to fill out the At-Grad Survey on Idaho Law Careers in order to receive their regalia. Please keep an eye out for an email from law-careers@rockmark.net with more information on the At-Grad Survey. 所有其他博士 rental packages will be shipped to Sandy Larsen in the Idaho Water Center. Graduates will be notified when they can pick up their rental packages.

You should arrive by 3:30 p.m. and be ready to line-up at 3:45 p.m. 山地时区. Follow the signs to the gowning rooms. A professional photographer will be on site to take pre-ceremony shots.

Bring only the essentials you can’t do without and that will fit into your pocket. There is no place to secure items during the ceremony. 工作人员 will be available to help with hoods and attire as needed.
The ceremony will last a little over one hour.
There will not be a rehearsal. Marshals will guide graduates throughout the process from the processional, crossing the stage to receive their diploma covers, reseating and the recessional.
Processional, Ceremony and Recessional
Follow the signs for the Gowning area. 工作人员 and marshals will guide you for the processional.
开幕词后, 演讲嘉宾, faculty award and other brief remarks, the marshal will indicate when your row should stand and approach the platform area to receive your diploma cover. Each student will be individually recognized. After you receive your diploma cover, you will return to your seat.
After the platform party exits, the marshal will indicate that you may stand and exit the area. The ceremony will be concluded at that point and a reception will immediately follow the commencement ceremony in the lobby.
