Located in the Student Recreation Center, the 攀岩中心 features a 55-foot pillar, 24-foot instructional wall, cave and bouldering wall totaling 6,000 square feet of climbing area.

Participants must have completed the 基础诊所 or pass a belay check. A complete 攀岩中心 Release of Liability Form is also required (available at the 攀岩中心 Information Desk).

A "day pass" or single visit to the U of I 攀岩中心 is $10.
Full-time U of I students can access the 攀岩中心 at no additional cost.
Board appointed U of I faculty, 工作人员 and their spouses can purchase a 攀岩中心 membership for $17.50 per pay period, per person. 教师/工作人员 memberships include access to the Student Recreation Center and 攀岩中心.
Non-Board Appointed U of I faculty, 工作人员, and their spouses can purchase climbing only memberships (see General 公共成员 above) or SRC/Climbing combination passes (see Non-Board Appointed SRC 会员资格).
All those interested in purchasing a SRC or 攀岩中心 Membership must have a valid VandalCard.
All board appointed faculty/工作人员 can request a VandalCard through VandalCard服务. Spouses of U of I employees can purchase VandalCards at the SRC Information Desk for $10. 会员资格 are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Anyone that is not a current fulltime U of I student, faculty or 工作人员 can purchase a 攀岩中心 membership for either a one-month, four-month or one-year increment.
