罗宾 约翰逊 is the director of JAMM and has over a decade of undergraduate and graduate teaching experience including digital and print journalism, multimedia production, media writing and critical/cultural approaches to the media.

罗宾 约翰逊 was an Associate Professor at Sam Houston State University coordinating the undergraduate Journalism program and the graduate program in Digital Media prior to being named the director of JAMM in 2018. 约翰逊’s research focuses on gender, technology and work in popular culture and media production. Recently, his publications have centered on the role of masculinity in video game production and representations of men and women on television.
