房间 Reservation Policy / General Reservations
To reserve space or speak to someone about leasing opportunities, contact Coeur d'Alene Center at cdactr@rockmark.net. 包括你的名字, 公司名称, 电子邮件, 电话号码, 事件发生日期, event type and number of guests in your 电子邮件.
The University of Idaho 研究 Park 工作人员 reserves the right to reassign and schedule rooms based on considerations of all-campus activities, institutional-priority events, 校园娱乐, 组大小, room size and other special room or equipment needs. 在这种情况下, every attempt will be made to include the client in the discussion and provide timely notice and adjust rates accordingly.
- The University of Idaho is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Any damage to room(s) and/or equipment occurring during the reserved time will be the sole responsibility of the entity who requested the room.
- Noise should be kept to a level that will not interfere with other people in the building.
- Normal operational hours of the 研究 Park are 7:30 a.m. 到下午4:30.m. 星期一至星期五. 事件 scheduled outside of these hours may be assessed an additional fee based on 工作人员ing.
- Upon completion of the event, all garbage must be disposed in a waste container, and all lights should be turned off.

Notice of cancellations must be expressed, in writing via 电子邮件 联系人, no less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity, or the group/individual may face a cancellation fee of $25. University departments or tenants who fail to show or cancel the reserved space two times in a semester will no longer be able to reserve a room for the remainder of the semester and will be charged the $25 non-cancellation fee. 组 or individuals being charged for the room reservations that fail to provide 24 hours written notice of cancellation or fail to show at all will be charged a $25 non-cancellation fee. 组, individuals or departments will forfeit deposit and will be assessed for any costs or fees already incurred.

Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis in the following order of preference:
- University of Idaho departments

- Off-campus and commercial groups and will follow the 房间 Reservation Policy above.

Sponsored 组, Government Agencies and Non-Affiliated 组
Sponsored groups are those who are hosted by university departmental groups, regardless of whether guests pay a fee for the event or not. This category includes non-profit agencies and any workshop or conference with attendees who are not U of I faculty, 工作人员, 或学生. 组 in this category will pay 75% of the regular commercial room fee, and may be assessed charges for room set-ups, 特殊设备需求, 早关门和晚关门, and night and weekend 工作人员ing fees for events scheduled when the building would normally be closed.
